Great location cute retro cottage in Lincolnwood

A little quirky but cute

Great feel and quaint home. Plenty of room and a great location.

The 3rd bathroom just needs a curtain or sliding divider.

Owner was very communicative and prompt with responses. Kitchen was nicely equipped. Full size washer and dryer available for use. Close to all attractions and historic district. Great home for larger families or more than one couple.

Bathrooms were not as modern as I tend to prefer, but they were not advertised as such. The bathrooms were adequate. Overall the house was charming and just as advertised. Hard to say there was anything that I did not like.

Excellent location in a very historic location great for walking and handy to the local sites. I would definitely recommend it.

I like the area and how quiet it is. Love the off street parking. Nice to have 3 bathrooms although the set up was strange.

The front door was hard to lo k the dead bolt. The lights on the front porch run off a cord. No light switch. There was only one "normal" shower. The tubs were nice but don't make for great showers. Didn't realize one of the beds was for a child. We were 3 adults but we made it work.

The location is fabulous - very close to downtown and two of the stops on the hop-on, hop-off. The neighborhood is very quiet and is in a very historic section of the city. If you stay there I would advise you to walk around the neighborhood - there are many historic tidbits to discover.

Comfortable cute old house in historic neighborhood. Lots of character, very clean, well-appointed. We were only there briefly but lacked nothing. Only tiny problem was that we couldn’t figure out how to turn on front porch lights at night, so had to enter in the dark.
