The location was super nice, cozy, comfortable for 4 people and super close to historic downtown St Augustine. We enjoyed the nights when the weather turned bad and we stayed in house and just chilled. The rooms were well taken care of, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans. It was very convenient having a washer and dryer on location. It was a short bike ride to historic downtown and way better than trying to find parking. The added charm of the horse drawn carriages coming by every so often was nice also.

During our visit there was a really bad storm so unfortunately, we did not get to enjoy historic downtown as much as we would have liked.

The neighborhood was peaceful. The house was spacious, very clean, and the beds were comfortable.

The house has a musty or moldy smell and affected my allergies terribly. The patios could be cleaner, it would make them more inviting.

The cleaning fee was almost as much as the rental.
