Luxury 2 Bedroom Townhouse By Hagley Park In CBD

We turned up to the accomodation to be told we had been relocated to another property. Then after our first night a real estate agent showed up to do an open home at the property. This is completely unprofessional and something that shouldn’t be acceptable. Very very poor!

Spacious and comfortable, easy to find, location close to city centre, carpark close by.

Changed my location ONE HOUR PRIOR TO CHECK IN which was extremely frustrating and no explanation to why?!. Booked this one month prior. No other option which left us (family of 5, including a 11 month old baby) further than originally booked. We had a family wedding at different venues. Classed it as an "upgrade" but it offered nothing different. Company offered $50 petrol for the inconvenience. There was a door in the lounge that connected to a room,blocked by a painting?! those tenants were very loud and kept my baby up. Tv did not work, you had to connect a device,no satellite either. Sharp edged,low coffee table was not suitable for a crawling baby.

Nice and modern accommodation that we were moved to, clean and spacious. Owners were very helpful.

Unfortunately we were moved to another location due to plumbing issues. Alternative property was probably an upgrade but was further away from the location we wanted to be close to.

So spacious new clean and smelt so good had everything we needed.location was great. Comfortable beds.

Last minute change no explanation or offer of discount as if we make changes to a bokking that late wed be charged in sure..we didnt know ChCh so it was a bit stressful but thankfully once there we were happy with the change, but glad we had a car. I would add to the description that if driving then use the 258 Manchester st as the address as its really confusing using the front door one and add to look out for the white church bell 🔔 as a landmark. Also the stairs were ok for us as we are fit, but if my mum was with us she would have struggled so I may have missed that but if not it needs to be noted on description- hosts didnt ask us before changing if stairs would be a problem. Being a rural person the city night time noises were very loud (sirens and cars racing) but i guess thats normal.

Interior was comfortable

Was relocated from the initial booking and placed far away from the original site which was selected due to it location. Couldn’t walk to CBD, couldn’t have my son join us due to location and travel logistics, Uber / bus etc. had a interior door which lead to a small box structure where it seemed the owners stayed. Felt creepy. The change of location was sold as upgrade but no offer of discount or acknowledgement that the change was disruptive. Booked the room at 3pm and the excuse for moving was the room wasn’t ready.
