The calmness of place. The apartment makes one feel at home.

There's nothing we did not like.

The staff friendly and the receptionist was above board.

In terms of insurance money I wish they could include it whilst you are booking.

The staff members were very nice with assisting us with smile I rate the staff 10/10

The tv was not working and there was no iron only an ironing board provided 😞 and I didn't like the fact that we have to clean the room ourselves Beside that I enjoyed everything I will definitely gonna call again very soon

I just loved the fact that it was the lagoon nothing more than that.

The price we paid compared to the facility was just something else, the last time we stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, it was way better and less than what we got now on a single bedroom. The bed was just unbearable and very uncomfortable to sleep on, the smell of the blanket was just not on because of being in the cupboard I guess, using fabric softener would have maybe helped. The fridge makes such a loud noise, it becomes difficult to sleep and it is near the bedroom door. And be prepared to pay more money on top of the booking price because of their noise rules and whatsoever. Booking at “The Mint hotel” would have been better for the price. Ohhh another thing we paid R1500+ for a small, smaller, smallest one bedroom and got no access to the lagoon on which we were told to pay for it from our own pockets, what a waste. I regretted every single bit of it. The lagoon access really hit a nerve. What was the use, yhoooo I’m still disappointed even to date.
