Treetops - Sleeps 8 entire house private parking close to town centre and stadium

Rachel was very helpful when I messaged about lack of forks and was very proactive about this. She was very apologetic regarding the mouldy bread and broken slate left in lounge. Can’t fault Rachel she was great.

The property is in need of serious updating. Cleanliness was not the best. Cup which was mouldy was found in middle of windowsill in main bedroom. Unable to understand how this was missed. Also a very mouldy loaf of bread in kitchen cupboard. Downstairs toilet sink was very dirty, men’s trainers in the inside porch, broken slate from coffee table in lounge, no anti slip mat for shower, mantle piece in lounge hanging off, stain on carpet in main bedroom, lots of insects in house this could be from large fir trees outside, woke up with lots of gnat bites, garden gate hanging off and outside bin area was messy, no lid on general waste causing a smell. Oven was very dirty so did not want to cook there.

There was no sofa bed. Everything was a bit dodgy, would be a great property if the owner invested a little more into it and increased the price in doing so.

Both inside and outside in poor state of repair and dirty. Kitchen equipment needs improvement: no mugs, only 3 forks and 2 glasses for a house that sleeps 8. Booked well in advance - wish I had read recent reviews as I would have cancelled.

House hadn't been cleaned, false nails , jewellery allsorts all over the place!

Close to train station and where I needed to be. Nice cosy house for my need for the night
