Treetops - Sleeps 8 entire house private parking close to town centre and stadium

The shower head fell off, the wallpaper was hanging off, cupboard doors not attached, not clean, the boiler was leaking, the fuse box was exposed - generally not a safe or pleasant stay. Not a place to relax and unwind after work at all.

Was a nice sized house with garden n drive way.

The kitchen was absolutely filthy - we had to wash everything before using it but there was no sponge to clean with. My husband went out and bought foil so that we could wrap everything including the chopping board before we used it. Also one of the bedroom doors would not close due to the double bed in the way and the handle was fully broken off and sharp which caught my jacket and ripped it. Also bring your own towels because we found 2 which were both dirty.

It was nice and clean, beds was nice and comfortable same with the sofa.

The property was dirty and had a funny smell. The outside area was full of rubbish and very unkept. Over all the property needs a total revamp and some TLC. We even looked to see if we could get in to a hotel as we were so uncomfortable in this house but unfortunately everywhere was booked up. We would have just gone home but stayed for a family birthday party so would have been unfair to not attend. Struggled to show the full extent of how unkept the property is in the photographs.
