Treetops - Sleeps 8 entire house private parking close to town centre and stadium

Good communication and a very reasonable price. It sleeps 9 in total, which did the job for the night. The house feels secure.

There was a strange smell in the property. The bathroom was a little untidy and poorly decorated. There were lots of personal items left out (pencil crayons and little bits lying around). Although we didn’t use the garden is was very untidy with broken fences. There was no toilet roll at the property, bring your own.

Local host who really cared about our comfort and stay. Good immediate communication. One thing was missing and it was supplied to us within half an hour. Great place when visiting DW Stadium as we did.

The shower was difficult to adjust to anything than hot. Or was it just us. 😊

Kitchen & living room was really nice designed & big.

Too much mosquitoes & fruit flies there is rubbish left outside in the bins which was smelly & caused mosquitoes.

The place had no hot water so we couldn’t have a bath or a shower due to the gas not working the electric was on emergency and actually went off which we had to find the trip box and turn it one and off for it to come back on there was no back fence panel either

The leaving part

Everything •tv didn’t work •cups were tiny •kettle was rusty •dangerous uneven floor upstairs •no outside lighting at back of property •says pet friendly but big panel missing from fence so dog escaped into next door •same for child friendly, dangerous •bathroom was grim •bedding in main bedroom was the worst choice of bedding as it gathers bits that stick in which makes it feels dirty •extension plug in main bedroom is a hazard (sparked when plugged in) I can list more but so far that’s enough I think, it has so much work needing to it, cleanliness and simple things that could be easily improved but don’t think it’s worth the money

Location and enitire house was clean

TV was a bit iffy, didn't affect our enjoyment of the weekend though. excellent property!

Not a lot.

Dirty, very poor state of decoration. Bare brick wall in the bathroom. Electrics not PAT tested. Uneven floor boards and damp. Bedding looked like it had been slept in already.
