Treetops - Sleeps 8 entire house private parking close to town centre and stadium

Private parking. Comfy beds. Warm house when heating was on. Washing up liquid provided. Large property. Quiet street. Good WiFi. Access to netflixs. Large clean fridge & microwave. Good information from owner re codes and passwords. Ok for 1 night, but wouldn't stay longer.

Very little toilet roll provided. No door key for inner front door so anyone with code code access property whilst our belongings were in there. Only seating for four people in longue. Water dripping from boiler in downstairs toilet. Cobwebs in most rooms. Damp in wardrobe in one double bedroom. Really poor finish to decor in every room. Bedding in twin room had stained sheets...but luckily spare bedding that smelt fresh was available so we used that. Appeared to be pet hair on linen on one of the double beds. Kettle didn't switch off automatically so had potential to boil dry.

Everything, especially a group of people trying to get into the house when we have children with us. It was extremely scary and my partner and I did not sleep as we remained on guard. The host still has not answered my questions or responded fully to my complaint

Private driveway to park a van

Towels not provided. Which I didn’t find out until receiving a message from owner just before we arrived! Needs a lot of tlc, bins are all over flowing. There was a suspicious piece of toilet roll under one of the beds 🫣🤮

It was a key code on the door so fairly easy access. Nice size house and had everything we needed for our stay. By all accounts its a fairly rough area but we didn't have any issues nor did we have any noise keeping us up.

A fence panel had blown down in the garden so didn't look the best. Had to access the back gate to get access to the key box but the gate was held on by a couple of screws and quite rotten. Had a nose in the shed/garage while we were there and it was literally chest height with rubbish (pizza boxes and general waste) which explains why the bins were also full. Wall paper was peeling off in a few places through the house and damp patches in the lounge ceiling where the bath had leaked previously.
