Location good.

Very steep incline, hard to access, best to reverse down incline.

Good position for town

Lot of damp, bathroom ceiling and lounge walls very poor condition, sofa bed very poor quality

Very cold and damp in property has a damp smell, bathroom very cold! A mirror in bedroom near plug socket would be very helpful for drying hair not ideal having to do this in the kitchen area.Wardrobe to hang your clothes in would have been useful.

Mould on walls, stale food/tobacco odours, poor sofa bed, surgical lights

Nothing to dislike. Clean. Great instructions to find the property. Parking right outside the front door. Some negative reviews regarding this ( narrow and steep access). But I have a big car and had no issues. Pretty steep by front door, so some people with mobility issues may find it difficult, but you can literally park right by the front door. Property well equipped, lots of hot water, sofa bed is firm, breakfast bar plenty of space - we moved the chairs round and played board games. Very close to centre, very quiet. Only slightly negative comment - interesting smell, could quite place it - property smelt like curry! But this had no impact on our stay.

Could have done with a few more nice touches like having a coffee table, few more pictures, cushions - make it more comfy.
