Erehwon - History in Bodmin

Loved the location, 5minutes from where my brother lives and so close to the town centre.

The drive wat is quite steep, that can't be helped, but there is a car park at the top, which is what we used because we're not confident parkers.

Very poor information on directions.All had to be pointed out it is next to the cinema and down a side drive. Some damp but that was not a problem, terrible settee and no chance of watching tv on less you sit in front of it.

Amazingly quiet apartment given how close it was to the town centre. Also very comfortable and well-equipped, and with clear communications from the host about location and access, etc.

The parking area was a little tricky for turning/reversing, but that's all.

Location excellent in town center close to bus routes. Reasonably equipped with cooker fridge tv etc. Quiet location and convenient for eateries Good shower and plenty of towels

Nowhere to hang wet coats, draughty around front door. Needs - dust pan and brush, tumblers, instructions for cooker, hanging space for clothes (shortage of cupboard space) salt & pepper. No clothes washing facilities if needed VERY steep slope to property not very good for people with limited mobility NEEDS TO BE STATED ON WEBPAGE
