Nothing not to like, great spot

Property is furnished nicely, the main bedroom is nice and the bed is very comfortable. Very good location although not the easiest to find.

If there are 3 of you and one is on the sofa bed then it’s not ideal. The sofa bed was extremely small and I don’t think it should be classified as a bed for an adult, it is also very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on.

Location tucked away and so very quiet despite being in the centre of town, the directions were very clear

Location was very good with adjacent parking. Property was a good size. Everything was provided and inside was clean. Bed was comfortable.

Approach to property was a very steep hill which you had to reverse down with other cars parked. Property had a strong musty smell of damp all the time and felt a cold property even in May. We needed the electric heaters on in lounge and bedroom a lot. Seating in lounge and bar stools were very hard and uncomfortable

Fantastic location for what I needed. Well-equipped, modern apartment. Peaceful. would consider booking again.

Little tired in places, paint peeling off in places probably due to the age of the building, and some electrical bits could do with sorting. The door could be a little more secure. Bed a little hard, with the chipboard under the mattress.

No breakfast provided. Location difficult to find. Is handy to village if visiting the village.

The sofia bed was totally not suitable for a three adult person to sleep on. The vinyl/ leather sofia covering was cold. This was no under blanket provided. Just a thin cotton bed sheet. The accommodation was cold on arrival and space heater didn’t start up. The accomodation did meet our booking requirement so we had to abandon this booking and rebook in another town. This was at great inconvenience.

Although Erehwon is right in the centre of Bodmin, it's tucked away behind the cinema at the bottom of a short hill and, as such, is quiet and with no distractions. It is perfectly placed for a shopping as Fore Street is two minutes away with shops, cafés and restaurants. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I must add, the shower is fantastic 👌 😀 😊

Found it hard to find had to walk around to find unit maybe a sign post on corner of a building showing that the unit is behind would help
