Friendly reception staff. Great location. Car parking. Comfy bed and clean room.

Not particularly friendly staff in the breakfast room and it all felt very rushed and as if we were goods on a conveyer belt.

The room was newly renovated so was fresh and modern. Beds were firm. View to the seafront was amazing. The food was good and the service in the dining room was excellent.

One small drawback was parking at the rear of the hotel. Space is limited so they employ someone to juggle the cars to get as many cars as possible in the limited space.

Well situated near town centre and seafront

This hotel clearly caters for a very specific clientele who are in the main elderly coach party guests. This wasn’t really apparent when we booked. We felt as though we didn’t fit in here. Our room was large but quite hot and if we opened the window there was quite a lot of noise from air conditioning ducts. The breakfast service was quite perfunctory. You are only given one chance to order everything you want from the large menu. No explanation of dishes is given to customers, no suggestions to, for example, add toast. Portions were minimal. My wife ordered eggs on toast with tomato. What came was just one small egg and half a tomato. Disappointing. On the positive side the reception staff were friendly and helpful.
