Good location, spacious room, big bed, bathroom and a shower and bath.

Food not particularly hot at breakfast, though lovely ingredients. Drinks very expensive.

Good handy location in the square at Masham. Room with ensuite out at at the back of the hotel. Great breakfast in the morning.

The water supply to the shower/bath was so hot we couldn't use the facilities! Sleep was disturbed due to another guest being taken ill. However that was a misfortune and not the fault of the hotel.

Position, style, customer service

Breakfast and evening meal were good. Hotel clean, room good size .

On checking out ,it would have been nice to have a member staff come across from her chat in the restaurant and acknowledge us in person rather than shout. Just leave your key on the desk. It would have been nice to ask if you had a nice stay and thank you. Apart from that the staff were good.

Food was good and room was spacious and comfortable.Check in was easy ands receptionst very polite efficient and friendly

Lack of staff, service was slow but this is no criticism of the staff who worked extremely hard to keep the customers happy.

Conveniently located for the activities we were doing

Top floor room needed some repairs shower head was wobbly and the windows not working properly. One window didn’t open

Great location. Lovely friendly helpful staff.

No pressure in shower. Holes in net curtains. Orange juice ran out at our 1st breakfast, non rest of our stay.
