Great information, location, space and light. Very clean. Good kitchen with large fridge freezer. Comfortable bed.

We had a 2 night stay. When we entered the apartment the interior part of the front door handle fell off and was therefore unusable. The side of the sofa fell off when leaned on for the first time. We put it back together but avoided leaning on it. Sofa was poor quality and uncomfortable. On our first morning there was no hot water. We had to have either a cold shower or none at all. We called the number provided and were told where to find a key to open the boiler cupboard. The hot water boiler had to be rebooted 4 times in total by my husband. The shower fitting is a rainhood and hand held. We couldn’t manage to get the hand held part of the shower working. Bedroom windows wouldn’t open. Only 4 teabags were provided for 2 people for 2 days. Bed linen was ok but not luxurious. The apartment does look like the photos but the furniture, shower fittings, handles are poor quality, so function and comfort were not so good. The 3 flights of steep narrow stairs and high bath (which you need to climb in and out of for a shower) would not suit anybody with mobility issues.

Absolutely loved our stay in Harrogate we arrived to a warm cosy & spotless property with one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in ! I would really like to thank the staff for letting us into our room early we really appreciated this on a very cold day, Would definitely stay here again &recommend to family and friends!

Absolutely beautiful apartment . Immaculately presented and a superb locations. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend.
