Cardiff Bloc by Prime Stays - Apartments & Group Stays

Leaving to go to another clean property that I had to pay extra for. Prime Stays needs to be avoided by everyone and taken off Booking.com

Thus property does not deserve a 1 rating, however there is not an option for a 0 to score. I think it’s clearly been used as a dirty brothel. The lovely green sofa you see in the images smells like a cat litter tray and is covered in semen stains. The floors were visibly filthy and we could not remove our shoes. The bathroom had stains splattered up the tiles. The patio was a building site with unfinished tiles and a huge whole down to the bottom floor. We had to sleep fully clothed to stay clean! They charged over £300 for this and would not give me the code to access until I gave a £250 deposit over £550 for 2 nights in a brothel after travelling 4 hours to get there. Prime stays would not assist and booking.com will not give a refund!! Everyone AVOID

Arrived there -given a smaller unit than the one I booked. On the platform it says balcony unit - there is no balcony unit in the block.The unit was not cleaned. Unit was very clastrophobic. Small windows more blank walls. To address complaints we were moved to a bigger unit which was what we paid for. That was pleasant.

Good location, good instructions given for a easy check-in process. Each room has a en suite bathroom which was great (only advertised as 2 bathrooms but there were actually 5)

Only thing that slightly put us off was that the property wasn’t cleaned to the best standard when we arrived (bed sheets, sinks etc)
