Quirky one bed flat, Barbican area, Plymouth

Fabulous property on the Barbican, in the heart of town. Had everything I needed.

Fantastic location, very comfy bed, plenty of room in the property for two people. Milk in fridge was a nice touch and shower gel, shampoo etc. Parking close by, close to all the shops, bars and restaurants on the Barbican.

Nothing. Shower was great, however the head wasn’t fixed in place.

Quirky clean tidy quaint.. perfect for what it was and what we needed, with a fantastic host and a helpful neighbour.

The only thing I could point out is the shower head flops down unless you stick it right up against the wall - but I mean this is the only small thing to point out 🤷🏼‍♂️

The location was great and felt safe at night The washer/dryer was fantastic The bed was comfortable The little en-suite was very convenient and saved me having to walk through the whole of the apartment to reach the bathroom

The sofa in the living needs to be replaced as it was very uncomfortable I couldn’t reach the wine glasses in the cupboard as everything had been placed high I couldn’t see into the bathroom mirrors as again they were placed too high (probably fitted by a very tall person!)

it was a nice size, everything I needed for a good stay ( except for a bread knife) . Comfortable bed , quiet and safe. The weather was awful but I was comfortable not having to get out as much as I would have liked. I am hoping to revisit next year.

as I spent more time indoors I found the settee very low, hard and uncomfortable. Would have appreciated something more comfortable to sit on.

Good location in the centre of the Barbican. Short walk into the city centre. Close to the South West Coast Path. Quiet. Friendly and helpful communication. I would stay here again.

Location is fabulous, and the apartment is very spacious, clean, and just perfect!

Location was ideal, flat was nice. Everything we needed.

Lovely quiet location, great flat. Owner was very friendly and helpful. I stupidly got myself trapped between two gates coming back from the shop, and she instantly answered my message to help me back in. Would highly recommend, and I would go there again.
