Quirky one bed flat, Barbican area, Plymouth

Location, although on the Barbican, very quiet

Beutifull clean apartment, hist was helpful

Large holiday apartment located in historical part of city, in walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops and city centre. Apartment was Clean and location was quite, host was very helpful.

Position of apartment in area we wanted, privacy of apartment, quiet area even though just off a very busy street, host had very kindly arranged a neighbour to help with any needs we might have, great facilities in apartment.

From walking in to leaving we had a fabulous time the flat is superb Clean , everything you needed from fresh milk waiting for us with tea and coffee even a bedroom fan which was mostly needed in a heat wave Didn’t want to leave We won’t be looking elsewhere again ,definitely will be booking here again Thank you for a great stay

Loved it all

Brilliant 1 bed flat on the Barbican, in a quiet courtyard, great to have bed linen, towels and electricity all included in the rental fee. As well as the excellent shower room, basin and WC, there is an additional toilet and basin off the good sized bedroom. Kitchen is well equipped and flat also has a spacious lounge, wifi works well. Flat is accessed through a secure combination locked gate off Southside street. No parking (this is made clear in the listing on Booking.com) we used the nearby Elphinstone carpark at £13 per day, but there are convenient loading bays close to flat to off load belongings. Owner is very helpful with bookings and answers any queries quickly, kindly allowed us to check in early as flat was vacant the day before. Lady in an adjacent flat looks after the property between lets and introduced herself and said to ask if we needed anything. Will be booking again the next time we are in Plymouth.

The property was in a brilliant location and had everything we needed. Superb attention to detail.

Amazing service, great communication and an amazing place to stay. Would recommend for anybody wanting to pay a visit to Plymouth, a lovely place to base yourself for a trip away.
