Booked at almost 6pm and was driving up from Nottingham does say possible late check in and did request! Wasn't told no till 7.05pm when told to find alternative accomodation this request could not be completed!! Disgusting customer service from the host!

Didn’t have breakfast but parking wasn’t great

The room was spacious and bathroom was very clean, Simon provided breakfast as well! The cat and dog were also so sweet and cute

The owner turned us out of door because he told that we are late for two hours. We had buy rooms ın ıbıs budget hotel. The neıghbours of the owner told that thıs event happned lots of guests so far

The gentleman didn’t allow as to get by 7:20, I did the payment after 7:00. We have regretted to choose your place I Will advise Booking.com about your behaviour, and police is going to know that your place is not safe for anyone. you are a such a bad person in this world, you should never run a business with public relations. We made last minute booking after 7:00 and paid to your property we were quite show that your property is normal as any other accommodation, unfortunately is unsafe, Your behaviour shows that your hiding something inside, I mean your doing doge things with guest in your place. Yes, my husband and me, we arrived at this time 7:20, politely my husband asked you about the check in, he was not angry at all, your reaction was very strange, as you removed the mobile ring bell and you thought on floor, you asked my husband to leave I have asked you way, even you didn’t explain me why you push him to leave, we are here we still not understand why we couldn’t do the check in at that time. Your are bad men and such lier person because you that I didn’t escort him off your property because doing something wrong, I asked my husband to leave because your reaction shows that your are a very dangerous are you place is not safe for no one. We thanks God, gave as a deliverance not to be in a place like this. Everyone will know what kind of business you are doing with your property. I need you to refund my money, as by 7:20 you didn’t allow as to do the check in.

No parking/ property very dirty /sleeping arrangements not as requested/ stains on mattress and not ready / animal in bedroom which was asleep on duvet about to be used on bed /mattress on floor for sleeping on / unsafe feeling in and around this terraced house / seating out in backyard was more like a building site / did not stay / walked away and never went back
