Sehr gute Ausstattung der Küche und des restlichen Apartments. Alles war sauber und modern.

Très bel appartement bien situé magnifiquement équipé. Pas de bruit et le volet est parfait pour ceux qui ne peuvent dormir que dans le noir complet. Localisation idéale proche du métro et des bus.

Uniquement le climatiseur qui s’arrêtait régulièrement mais peut-être que je n’ai pas mis le bon réglage. La récupération est selon moi trop tardive (16h) privilégier une arrivée en fin de journée pour ne pas avoir à attendre pour récupérer les clés.

Le lampadine degli abatjour sono da sostituire e avrei molto gradito trovare una bottiglia di acqua in frigo... è un piccolo gesto che sono certo farebbe piacere a chi arriva da un viaggio.

Localização boa. Perto da Cidade das Artes e Ciências e de outros pontos de interesse. Pontos de ônibus próximos, com destino ao centro ou ao porto e à marina. Cama confortável, geladeira e demais eletrônicos praticamente novos. Apartamento térreo, em posição tranquila. Boa insonorização no tocante à área externa do prédio. Ar condicionado e ventilador funcionando bem. Bares e restaurantes próximos, assim como mercados para compras diversas.

Ouve-se tudo o que ocorre no apartamento ao lado e no superior, algumas vezes tarde da noite, mas não chegou a incomodar muito. O chuveiro é de difícil regulagem quanto ao controle da temperatura e volume de água.

Lokalita výborná, tichá, naše ubytovanie malo okná do zelenej dvorovej kľudovej časti, apartmán je vybavený a zariadený všetkým potrebným, veľkostne úplne postačuje pre 2 osoby, veľmi pohodlná posteľ, čo bolo pre nás dôležité, kuchynský kút vybavený všetkými spotrebičmi. Potešili drobnosti ako ďalšia perina (ak nie ste zvyknutí spať pod jednou perinou, je to praktické), tablety do umývačky, práčky, fén, žehlička, základné potraviny ako cukor, soľ, náplne do kávovaru. V blízkej dostupnosti je supermarket, kaviarne, čo sa hodilo. Aj keď lokalita nie je priamo dostupná metrom, (miestnou autobusovou dopravou, alebo bicyklom), pešia dostupnosť centra je pohodlná do 20 min.

Doporučujem vymeniť panvicu, ktorá je zničená. Celkovo bol apartmán čistý, ale mali sme nemilú skúsenosť s lezúcim hmyzom, švábom.

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, wie zuhause. Sehr gerne wieder 😀

This is a three-room hotel at the outskirts of the Russafa district, with local people, offers and atmosphere. The house has all the amenities you can imagine, so it's a great option for long stays. The person in charge was very responsive and kind with all of our questions.

There is a water problem in the bathroom after the shower. You need to clean after every shower and make sure that there is air circulation in the house, otherwise you might encounter a bad smell and humidity.
