GBGBThis was my third stay at the resort, first time in this lodge. We absolutely loved our stay, the kitchen is so nice to cook in, and the lighting and decor was lovely. Hot tub was a lovely touch to end the day and the heating works very well for when you get out on a cold night. The ducks are so cute and love some pieces of bread. Very cosy and we'll definitely be booking to stay in this lodge again.
Just some minor things. Needs a bit more of a dust, lots of webs on the ceiling/lights/cupboards which you can only see at night with the lights on, so probably why they're missed. Double bed could use a new mattress as this one was very uncomfortable, springs dug into our backs and could feel the base board, had to use the spare quilt for a bit more comfort to lay on. Would be useful to have some antibacterial wipes to wipe down kitchen sides/hob after each use as had nothing to clean properly with. TV could be bigger but this is just personal preference. Overall though we loved it and we'll definitely be returning.
