Most of the food was really good …but had a couple of ropey days …mattress in my room was extra bouncy …killed my back ….

Excellent location, the room was big, parking in site.

Everything felt a little dated. I feel I paid a lot but was not matched in the experience.

Large room, clean with a comfy bed. Property also has a pool, although because of our short stay, we didn’t make use of it.

Although the room was of a good size and clean the decor throughout the hotel was dated. The property would benefit from refurbishment / modernising. On arrival, no food was available from the restaurant, only sandwiches in the bar area. We looked to book a table in the restaurant at 5pm (before going to see a show) but there was no food option at this point. The bar area itself was small, with not enough tables and chairs to enable guests to relax in the evening. Breakfast was adequate, nothing special.

Excellent receptionist on arrival. I had difficulty finding my room and she went the extra mile to help.

Confusing floors lifts to different areas.
