GBGood environment, clean and functioning facility.
Communication gap, especially in relation to change in dates of visit which were not reflected on the booking.com despite earlier notice and approval message. Price paid was also for the initial booking.
GBI had to text and phone and wait for the owners to call me back. It wasn't long a wait tbf. Then they instructed me on how to use the lock box and keyless system
Not very homely/comfy. It didn't have a clean feel. Lots of things broken - no bulb in bedside light in one room. Chairs and patio furniture outside all broken some, smashed in pieces.
GBToilet doesn't flush, screws protruding from bed frame, electrical cable sticking out of wall above basin in the bathroom, broken lock on bathroom door, bathroom window doesn't close,kitchen bin not emptied and couldn't get the heating to work as it was quite cold on arrival.

Todo. Es el peor alojamiento en el que he estado. Las instrucciones del check-in llegaron tarde. Estaba sucio, las sábanas de la cama olían muy fuerte, tan fuerte que fuimos incapaces de dormir en ellas, olían como al típico spray que enmascara olores, que se suele echar cuando algo no huele bien, además la cama era incómoda. Pero no fue eso lo peor si os soy sincera, lo peor fue la mala energía que había en el sitio, es un sitio que nos hizo estar alertas desde el primer momento, no nos pareció un sitio de fiar y no volvería ni aunque a mí me pagarán por ir. No os lo recomiendo en absoluto.

GBGood base for the university open day. The keyless lock was good, the info was sent to me the day before so was good to go after a long dive down
Car park was full of vans & trucks and we didn't dare move our car as it was obvious we wouldn't have got back in. The house was so so comfy & clean but did the job as we really just slept there
GBGBAbsolutely nothing was in there 5 mins and left immediately my Mrs wouldn’t let her kids stay there it was a mess broken wood everywhere dirty paint pots and brushes glass table was not secure definitely not family friendly

GBHost had good communication, accommodation was value for money and had everything we needed for 1 night. Overall a good stay
Bins were overflowing outriders the front door which looked unsightly and meant that we couldn't use them. The free car park was extremely overcrowded.
