Property Notes

From 1st April 2022 we are moving to cashless payments. All major credit and debit cards are accepted. The indoor pool will be closed during the week for refurbishments from Monday morning and reopens Friday afternoon. This is taking place between the 10th - 21st June 2024. When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of £25 per pet, per night applies. A deposit may be required at the property.

Facilities for children were very good. Staff were lovely.

Cleanliness of rooms and communal areas was not good. Cobwebs on bedside table, floor under beds not hoovered. Public areas/shelves/ornaments not dusted. Decor tired. Food was very expensive and well below expected quality. Burger was tough, dry and small. Used crockery etc sat on empty tables for a long time. Breakfast was good. The mini fridge wasn't turned on so contents (including fresh milk) were at room temperature. Remote for the TV was missing.

A beautiful hotel in a stunning location with so much on offer for kids of all ages and roaring fires to sup a cocktail by for the adults too. Great food, lovely staff and comfy beds!

Great breakfast and loved a quiet supper in my room. Nice to park outside the door with blue badge. Staff most helpful when I left sponge bag behind
