Beautiful En-suite Room with Bath Tub to Let in the Jewelry Quarter

Clean and comfy

Irregular flow of hot water

Location was good, close to work and the jewellery quarter. The area was easy to get into and easy to get keys to the house. Wifi was good at the house, they also provided some assorted drinks which was a nice touch. Bathroom looked good as well. Amazing little black cat that greeted you very friendly.

The bed was uncomfortable with a very thin mattress and loud creaking frame, any slight movement was a horrible metallic noise and the pillows/duvet weren't very comfortable. The bathroom looked good but the shower wouldn't get up past luke-warm and there was mould on the ceiling. There was also a lot of stuff like bedding and assorted clothes in the hallway as you walked up to the room which wasn't ideal.

Communication from the property owner was very good

Advertised as en-suite but the bathroom is accessible by anyone via a passage - not directly connected to the room. On entry the room was very cold. The property smelled of weed from the moment we walked in. and there was loud music playing throughout nearby

Good value accommodation in an interesting area that lived up to its name of the Jewellery Quarter. Quiet room and everything was c;lean. Some restaurants a short walk away. Helpful owner.

It is a room at top of an apartment with a share bathroom. Bath out of action. Bathroom wasn’t very clean. Bed very soft, not that comfortable
