Great location close to the beach and shops, perfect communication from the host. Not the biggest flat but still plenty of space for our family 2 adults and 2 kids. I would return.

Very noisy — at night you can hear people making noise in the street, and you can also clearly hear when someone is walking in the corridor. But everything else was great.

Good location, owner apologised but no refund offered , even partial.

This place was dirty. The towels were covered in make up stains, stains on the pillows the mattress topper and a very large curly black hair was left like a lil choc on top of the pillow. The whole place was freezing , the windows aren’t double glazed so it feels like they’re wide open and the noise all night was unbearable. There was black mould on the inside of the windows which is actually dangerous to breathe in. The mattress on the pull out bed was completely broken, every single spring had popped through, people have been leaving reviews about it for at least a year and it’s not been replaced. You can’t charge someone that much to stay there.

The location was excellent, so central.

Dirty kitchen utensils, thick dust on counters. TV didn’t work. Microwave don’t open. Dishwasher wouldn’t open as the base it was on was falling apart. Cupboards peeling. People on street calling the rooms intercom. Someone in the building tried to enter my room in the early hours. WiFi didn’t work, didn’t hear back for 2 days until check out and it wasn’t sorted.

Great spacious apartment. Great communication with the hosts.

Tricky key code access, which was resolved with the host. 2nd sofa bed made up, not comfortable.

El apartamento Está en el centro de Brighton, a unos 15 min andando de la estación de trenes. Hay toda clase de restaurantes, tiendas y supermercados alrededor del edificio. Justo detrás hay un jardín pavilion súper bonito, para pasear. Hay ascensor así que súper bien! Según la calidad precio, es un buen lugar, lo recomiendo sin duda.

-Hay un mal olor de las alcantarillas de la ducha y del lavabo. -Hace falta un espejo de cuerpo entero. -Hace falta un mueble bajo el único espejo de la casa, para apoyar las cosas de maquillaje o accesorios para usar en el espejo. -Las ventanas del salón, una de ella no tiene un cerrojo y si hay viento se abre sola. Y en el dormitorio la ventana tiene la manija rota y tampoco se cierra del todo. -No hay ganchos en el baño para colgar las toallas. -Hay una cámara fuera de la puerta del apartamento, (aunque nadie te vigila el acceso o salida del apartamento). -La calefacción del radiador del baño no funciona.
