The staff were lovely and helpful

Food was average, no swimming or fun activities on board, we had a large group aboard who dominated all the attention and were rude.

THEY SAID, DID NOT RECEIVE PAYMENT FROM BOOKING.COM. IF PAY BY CREDIT CARD 4% CHARGE... REALLY IT IS CHEATING BUSINESS. YOU SHOULD BE INFORMED WHILE BOOKING ITSELF. Breakfast is very basic, and there are not many choices. We asked for an Indian vegetarian option, but they serve similar items all the time. No teasty ..

We booked a Junior Suite with Juliet Balcony but we got a standard room with 2 beds. We are 3 adults. after long discussion, they put one more small folding bed. Rooms are very small and the water is lagging in the bathroom. very difficult to take a bath all people... need to wait a long time to drain water... AFTER THE COMPLAINT, NOBODY VISITED OUR ROOM. THEY SAY ALL ROOMS ARE FULLY BOOKED. WE CAN NOT HELP.

The rooms were very good and the staff were especially wonderful. So courteous and respectful and Dan was a great host The meals were very good and in most cases, too much food

No complaints about the property but Ha Long Bay is very busy, too many tourists lol

Our boat had issues with room we booked, so we were upgraded to Grand Hera Luxury cruise. It was fabulous, staff were friendly and accomodating. There was plenty of good food, drinks were great. Lots of activities to keep you busy.

Actual boat is old on outside, and needs a bit of work, but inside was lovely.

El personal muy amable y atento en todo momento. La bahía y sus islas son impresionantes (aunque la basura flotando en el agua, y la masificación hacen que la experiencia no sea excepcional)

El barco y las fotos del camarote que publicita booking.com son diferentes a la realidad. El barco es muy viejo y los camarotes están hechos polvo. Si volviéramos a hacer la excursión escogeríamos un barco más moderno. Nos quejamos y nos explicaron que nos habían hecho un upgrade (si esto fue un upgrade no me quiero imaginar lo que teníamos antes). Ha sido bastante timo, haremos una reclamación a booking.com. La comida, muy justita. En cambio, el precio, alto para el estándar en Vietnam, no se ajusta a la calidad en general de barco y experiencia. Respecto a la experiencia propiamente dicha, la masificación (más barcos que islas, y vas todo el tiempo, haciendo una fila con cientos de personas) es discreta. Si repitiéramos, buscaríamos otro tipo de formato, aunque no parece sencillo de encontrar.
