Le responsable Dan a juste été professionnel, attentionné du début à la fin. Il a contribué pour que notre croisière soit et reste un moment magique & inoubliable durant notre voyage. Le personnel était également professionnel, souriant et bienveillant. Les activités proposées étaient très bien. Si nous pouvons donner un conseil, prenez deux nuits et non une nuit. La deuxième journée fait TOUTE la différence.

Amanda Cruise faciliteter ombord var virkelig fine og rene. Personalet gjorde en kæmpe indsats, for at gøre opholdet så godt som overhovedet muligt for alle mand ombord. Det var nemt at booke og kommunikationen var i top. Det var styr på alle ting, så vi bare kunne slappe af og nyde det.

Programmet er lidt pakket, så der er ikke så meget tid til at slappe af, når man har 2 dage / 1 nat turen. Der blev også brugt lidt lang tid på informationer. Ha Long Bay er også meget turistet, hvilket man selvfølgelig godt forstår 😆

Thw food variety, kind staff and lots of activities on offer invluding hike, kayaking and squid fishing.

Transport to/from was a little unclear/delayed but that is because Hanoi traffic is bad

Dan, the man, the manager of the cruise,is a great guy who looked after each tourist and provided them with their needs as and when required which took the service of the cruise to an exceptional level. Great, lovable and a excellent tour of halong bay by amanda...thanks to each crew members
