Dan and crew were very helpful and informative. They made the cruise very exciting and fun. There were enough activites as well as meal choices. All dietary requirements were catered for. Was great for kids. Cruise ship was clean amd comfortable.

We spent a day on a boat in Ha Long Bay with our family. The boat itself was decent, and the staff were excellent — professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to providing the best possible service.

Unfortunately, the overall experience was significantly affected by poor organization and broader environmental issues. Although around 90% of the guests were families, a bachelor group was placed on the same boat and behaved in a loud and disruptive manner, completely destroying the calm, family-friendly atmosphere. This should have been avoided through better guest grouping. Families an d party-oriented groups clearly do not belong on the same tour.

Liked the enjoinment, activities and the room. Dan the Man (the manager) was very helpful in all activities. Informed all the time plan well in advance for us to get ready

The butter/oil used for the dinner was too much

Everything was perfect. I couldn't have dreamed of anything better. The service was on par with world-class 5-star hotels. They were very attentive to guests and took great care of them. They recognized needs before they were even asked for. Nothing was a problem for them. We were traveling with a small child, and during the dinner, they prepared a special menu for him based on what he likes. The seafood was delicious! The cruise was organized in such a way that we visited the most important attractions outside of the largest crowds, thanks to which we could feel the magic of Ha Long Bay. Special thanks to Dan, who took care of each of us. For me 100/10!
