Breakfast no variety, very basic

We made a reservation via Booking.com for 2 triple bed room and 1 double bed room. Morning also we called to the hotel and confirmed our reservation. We arrived to the hotel at 2 pm. All our triple rooms have given for some other party. And we were forced to occupied in a dormitory room with 6 beds with 1 wash room for the same price. It was really disappointed and awful experience . Please don't trust the reservation via booking.com site to the this place. Booking.com please take an action and arrange us a 50% refund at least. As genius member on your site this is really disappointed.

Great breakfast and staff were so friendly, helpful and our stay was only for one night but the staff were so attentive to our needs. They arranged for a fan for our room by the evening and great pool table.

Communication was good and hotel even offered free transport from Hatton Station but we came from Kotagala, hence not taken the offer. Staff, especially Kiruban (apologies if misspelled), was very helpful and service was excellent. Location and facilities were good. There was a nice balcony with a view of tea estates.

Mosquitos - This is something we never expected. Unfortunately, it was a rather uncomfortable night as there were many dozens of mosquitos. Hotel should seriously consider providing mosquito nets. This is the only reason I've given the rating as 9. Otherwise, it'd certainly have been a 10.
