Friendly staff especially Nishanthan (owner), Kiruba and Security officer. Excellent food

The reservation was confirmed by bookings.com and when I called them, they also confirmed it and sent me the location too. ( proof available). But on arrival, I was informed by the reception that the bookings were full and that my reservation could not be accepted. Yes they said sorry for the mistake, but it took me many kilometres and my valuable time to go to the hotel and get it informed. Totally dissapointed.

Amazing Indian food, great room with a beautiful view, a small pub with a pool table and really kind and helpful staff. Even yaso the manager gave us great recommendations

I don't know how to explain this amazing hotel, it is very well maintained with the staff & doing guest satisfaction 100%, I have travel around island lot of hotel but never get like this experience, everything in hotel food beer shop drinks juice bar and transportation services, good costumer service done by from back house staff to fron of staff & manager YASO He is friendly person and good gentleman & he is running very well property, and hotel owner Nishan is very kind person and friendly, I will go again this place, highly recommend this place to visit it is amazing enjoying place in hatton nuwaraeliya road

Location and pleasant weather. Management was kind enough to shift me in a small double room without charging more.

My taste buds are still complaining about not getting food as per my dietary requirements even after paying the double amount.
