Las instalaciones en general. El piso no estaba limpio, había basura de los anteriores que habían estado en el piso. Podías sacar el mango de la puerta y la cerradura no funcionaba bien. Las ventanas estaban estropeadas y entraba frío y los armarios estaban desordenados y llenos de sábanas y toallas sucias.
GBGBGBGBGBWe arrived at the apartment at our confirmed check-in time of 1pm to find the cleaner still there. She did not leave until 2:30pm, and even after this the property was not properly cleaned — I had to clean myself. The apartment was in a dangerous and unacceptable condition, including: • No hot water • No heating • Broken front door handle • Bedroom window that would not close • Damaged laminate flooring creating a trip hazard • Tissue stuffed into a kitchen window to block cold air • Broken blinds throughout • Broken kitchen door handle • Hole in the kitchen door • Damaged kitchen cupboards and units We were travelling with our 5-month-old baby, and due to the lack of heating, hot water, and multiple safety hazards, the apartment was completely unsafe and uninhabitable. We had no choice but to leave immediately and book alternative accommodation at additional cost. Property ignored messages advising of the heating/hot water issue and have also ignored contact regarding any refund. would strongly advise others — especially families — not to stay here.

Could not contact the management, therefore could not enter the apartment building. Some problems with their Internet..so had no accommodation for the night .
