Lovely Charmouth cottage with log fire & garden close to beach

Location and space

Oven circuit breaker trips when both used together. Washing machine was very dirty - had to clean twice before using

Perfect dog friendly pad. Nice secure garden. Homely not overly modern. Short walk to shop /pub/ beach ( although it was so hot we drove beach last few days). Very comfortable bed.

Was worried as right on road but very little traffic at night so not a problem

Great location and the house, it was very welcoming with a lovely kitchen, garden and the bedrooms. Kids loved the bunk beds, the fossil collection as well as all the tools for them. We had a wonderful stay, thank you!

The house is fabulous for a stay in Charmouth. Very comfortable. Plenty of seating in garden too. Not far from beach and shops. Close to bus stops for trips along coast.

Spacious house, great shower and bath.

The house was more of an air bnb than a holiday let, which I thought we'd booked. It was full and clearly lived in. Not a problem if that's what you're expecting, but we weren't. We had to wash the breadboard, placemats and plates before we used them, they were not clean. Nor was the kitchen floor. But it is a lovely home. And great bathroom faciities.

The cottage was very well equipped. The garden is lovely with plenty of places to relax. The owner communicated well and the information booklet was comprehensive. The location is excellent, short walk to the beach, shops and pubs. The coast bus stops virtually outside the door for an easy journey to Lyme Regis or Bridport, where there is good market and interesting shops.

Nothing really, though the hills could be a challenge to someone with limited mobility.

We had a lovely time in the cottage. It was very homely and comfortable with lots of what we needed to have a good stay. Owner responded quickly to an issue and got it sorted. Kitchen was on the colder side but rest of house was cosy. Parking was an issue sometimes of the day. The garden was great with the amazing weather helping!
