Lo único agradable fue la comida, las albercas que tienen también estuvieron bien, ocupamos solo dos y muy limpias. La limpieza del lugar también es algo remarcable, conservan limpias las instalaciones.

Que el hotel no tuviera playa propia, las fotos en su publicidad hacen creer que tienen y fue una gran decepción el ver que no había. El servicio de transporte entre las instalaciones era muy tardado. Sino te interesa estar en playa y solo quieres un lugar para descansar es recomendable, para la gente que le gusta disfrutar la playa no lo recomiendo.

Todo; un desayuno buenísimo, la comida era excelente y la cena también. Los empleados eran muy agradable y profesionales. Con los 12 restaurantes, podemos variar la comida y la cena.

The area looks good, it’s beautiful and green. However, do expect a lot of drunk Americans and the food is not that good. When we arrived all the restaurants were fully booked but the buffet was awful so we had to try the “walk-ins” in the restaurants. The atmosphere is quite kill and not really cosy. But all the people are really nice and helpful!

The quality of the food was not really good. And there was food from the previous guests in front of our camiseta and stood there for hours which caused a lot of insects.

Clean with nice pool area at Casitas. Complimentary activities were great (Maroma beach catamaran, cenote visit). Service was friendly

Too much mini car traffic. Room service was very slow. Restaurant menus were very limited, especially for vegans. You cannot swim in the sea because of the concrete blocks which also ruin the view. Amneties and mini-bar were not restocked systematically .

Casitas are gorgeous. Great location

If you like to swim in ocean this may not be good for you. Not swimmable for the most part. At the very end of resort u can swim and snorkel as not as rough.

The staff is very friendly, they are not pushing for tips. They have a great selection of drinks and food. This is our 2nd time at the resort, and the food and room service was much better the first time. The staff keep you active with plenty of activities to do.

The food was consistently cold from room service and only warm at the restaurants. If ordering room service took at least an hour, even for coffee. We traveled with another couple who asked for room cleaning and extra towels but did not get them. The rooms need updates and new mattresses they are not comfortable at all. Being this was our 2nd time here we may not go back unless we see improvements are made. When we first checked in they said we had to pay the $2500 room fee, we said we didn't have that then they decided they would put a $500 hold on our card, that seems excessive, we had already paid for the trip in full through Booking.
