El Dorado Royale, All & More Inclusive Adults Only

Package came with ground transport was Horrible we not pick up at airport . We paid 78.00 dollar show it to lomuis person and was told going reimburse us which never happen never follow after asked many many times. There were always late even check out we when to make sure transport setup for checkout 11th. So we get up 7 am when down to check out and stop check to see transport was setup. We were told by the lomuis transport at 7:30am sit outside and wait for are ride 8:00 am which show up at 8:30 am

Some of the staff where amazing

The service was very inconsistent some good experience but also bad, some restaurant 75% of the food was inedible. Never could really relax as where not sure when the next good meal would be. Also did not have a luxury fell lots of elements cheapened the experience

Great staff, who can’t do enough for guests. Always friendly and welcoming! Pool areas and rooms were very clean and kept to a high standard.

Lack of umbrellas in our first week, with only 3 by the main pool. Which tended to be used by the staff to cover drink stations. During week 2 a few more umbrellas arrived which was needed in the heat. Sunloungers weren’t the comfiest compared to other hotels we have stayed at, would be good for them to be upgraded

The casitas charm is lovely with the outdoor shower, the bubble bath option, and the patio. The quiet private pools are amazing for restoration and relaxation. The shows were entertaining and fun! The staff and landscaping is the reason we keep coming.

I missed the privacy on our patio (sheens have not been replaced) and the food seemed less than stellar on this trip.
