Friendly welcome.. Clean and tidy. Lovely big room with dual aspect windows looking over Hawes high street and the hills beyond. Great central location. Lovely breakfast at the hotel next door. Great value for money. Would definitely stay again when next in the area.

Nothing altogether dislike, very small detail....could have done with glasses for water.

Town centre location feel the buzz and it goes quiet in the evening. Very comfortable room and bed with two seater couch at end of bed. Cupboards for storing your stuff. Good breakfast in next door premises included in price.

Central. Comfortable room with 2 armchairs.

Bar closed at 8pm Breakfast next door but found the breakfast to be excellent.

We were relocated upon arrival to the hotel Cocketts next door which was cosy

Room was tired Shower temperature was wildly variable. Poor internet connection Table lamp next to bed was flashing constantly

Central location

Single room no ensuite, bathroom across the landing down stairs, shared with the cleaning staff in the morning! Box room no wardrobe, three drawers to put everything in, handles were broken. The middle drawer wouldn't open, everything was clean but tired. For breakfast you have to go outside to the hotel next door. The double rooms were a lot better.

Excellent location. Clean rooms, friendly staff and lovely food.

Friendly staff, very central, friendly customers.

The decor was very tired, and carpets grubby. But they had a lot of walker/cyclists in, so it was a good base for a quick stopover.
