Great wee place to stay .. good location with short drive to Penrith for access to shops etc. Owners were lovely, happy to help and offer suggestions but not be intruding. Also borrowed me a USB plug as I had forgotten mine for charging phone etc. Great that the allow dogs and also u see the horses in the field and had a red squirrel visitor in the morning too.

Nothing. Was perfect for me and the dog.

The weigh office was perfect. The location was a dream, and the night skies were amazing. It was lovely and warm when we arrived and immaculately clean. The local walks were beautiful and serene, just what we wanted.

"Wonderful place to stay."

Everything!! When you pull up you are first aware of how small it looks from the outside but actually it has everything you need and more for a relaxing stay! The bed up the ladder looks daunting at first but was easy to get up and down and its very comfy! The cows outside in the field were a bonus too.

"Cute lodge with amazing hosts"

Cute little lodge with lovely views around and the hosts were amazing. We even experienced a day with no power due to weather and trees knocking out power lines but the hosts were ready with everything we could possible need, wood for the fire to keep warm, hot water in flasks and an alternative place to cook.
