"Quaint, delightful, great organisation."

From start to finish, everything was so well organised, I was fully informed of everything and the few days' stay ran smoothly. There was parking, the place was clean and had everything I needed; the whole place was quaint and such a delight. The hosts put a lot of effort into making sure everything was right including decorating it for Christmas, and organising a couple of little treats. Good location, very quiet and calm, yet handy for Penrith and the M6.

Lovely place to stay over Christmas. Hosts were fab. Would definitely stay again. Location is really good, you’re tucked away so it’s lovely and quiet but it has easy access to Penrith which is only a short drive away.

"Lovely little holiday let"

We had a lovely weekend away, it was very relaxing. The log fire was great as it was cold outside. The window above the bed is also amazing for stargazing at night while in bed. The holiday home had everything we needed.

Great place in a beautiful, peaceful setting. Excellent facilities. Really good walks. Great hosts.

The ladder would be more suitable for younger more agile people but we managed all the same.
