Ty Cerrig seaside Annexe, New Quay

Liked the fact it was close to new quay town centre. We booked this on our way to tenby and wanted to break the trip up. So that the travel was more enjoyable. The Annexe itself is so tiny. We felt like we were intruding on the owners privacy. To be honest, the accommodation isn't an Annexe. It's the spare dining room of someone's house turned into a bedroom . Could hear the owners walking around and using the bathroom on the upper floor of the property. Would not recommend. Uncomfortable and awkward.

The sofa bed was not comfortable and there was no bedding for it but we didn’t specify we wanted to use both beds. You need vehicle to stay here.

Not dog friendly in case of a description of garden. Front of house (garden area) is a drive with seating area not fenced off on a busy main road.

Accommodation was fabulous. Lovely and clean and well equipped. The bed was so comfy! Could walk through the Haven site opposite to the beach and use the shop and takeaways on the site. About a 15 to 20 minute walk to New Quay Harbour. Will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends and family.

The property was extremely clean and comfortable , every facility available. The location and accommodation were second to none.

Excellent, first class .Very well equipped ,and very well thought out. Spotlessly clean ,comfortable, and easy access to town driving or walking. Very easy access to the beach.
