Everything you needed for a break away from home, cleverly used space and modern and tidy. Good shower and quality bedding. Plenty of kitchen utensils, crockery and appliances.

Sofa bed would of been better as an actual sofa as it wasn’t the most comfy to sit on.

Convenient location. Lovely bathroom. Well equipped.

The sofa bed was awful, didn’t get much sleep! The owners wanted us to have the dog eat outside. She is a puppy and the property goes right onto a busy road. It was not the weather to sit outside with her. I don’t think it’s suitable for someone with a dog. We took lots of covers for furniture but she did Jim up on the Beds - not much room left for her. There is a Tv but it could do with a small table whilst sitting watching it. We ended up playing games on the bed.

One can learn how to convert a garage into a "living space"

Dog hairs were everywhere from the floor, sofa, bed sheets and kitchen cupboard. The pull out bed was right up next to the fridge.

Thought it had a separate bedroom. The room was cold at times.

Found the sofa very uncomfortable to sit in, otherwise everything was perfect.
