Location. The apartment we chose was not available due to boiler problem

The apartment we were offered was very average not what we were expecting. When asked to see the apartment we couldn’t have to compare the lady couldn’t understand us!

Excellent accommodation right in the heart of Lucca.

A little noisy in the front room, ask for a back room if you want peace and quiet.

Great location and the staff very helpful and professional.

We had the rooftop terrace suite and it was exactly as pictured. The views from the terrace at sunset and into the evening were dreamlike and astounding.

Das Personal war sehr bemüht. Mit einem anderen Management, das Mehr Qualität für den Preis bietet, wäre es sicherlich eine interessante Unterkunft.

Preislich vollkommen überzogen. Die Lage ist zwar zentral, aber selbst die teuren Zimmer haben keine gute Aussicht. Es ist sehr laut. Die Unterkunft ist im Vergleich zu anderen Palazzi viel zu teuer. Wir haben für deutlich bessere, historische Unterkünfte auf unserer Reise deutlich weniger bezahlt und eine bessere Qualität der Unterkunft bekommen
