Being inside the park, very close to animals and nature.

There is nothing specific to mention. However we had a little issue of getting room in spite of having confirmed bookings. At the end it was all sorted. Type and taste of food in buffet could be better.

The location was perfect and the rooms were nice and big. The food was also very good as every meal was a buffet. The staff, especially Ben from reception, was very helpful and went above and beyond to help us, even with things like our flight

Nothing bad to say about the property, my only complaint is that we weren’t informed in advance about the park fee which was 100usd per person per night. Because we were staying within the park, we had to pay an extra 100usd per person per night for every night we were there which we did not budget for

Food could have been better. Repetitive and aimed at the Asian guests, more European selection would be nice.

Friendly staff and an excellent location for game drives. The beautiful interior of the lobby. They prepare local cuisines tailored to your preferences, in addition to the buffet.

The curtains were hanging slightly out of the rail, and minor changes could enhance the overall appearance of the room. This issue may be specific to my chalet. Nonetheless, I would recommend the hotel despite this
