Die Lage an sich ist zentral auf der Insel. Die Betten sind bequem.

Frühstück ist absolut unzureichend und eintönig. Der mürrische chinesische Koch macht täglich Bratnudeln zum Frühstück für seine Landsleute, Europäer bekommen angefangene Gläser Marmelade hingestellt mit ein paar trockenen Weissbrotteilchen. Alles im Gebäude ist schmutzig, es riecht im Haus nach dem Müllschacht. Kippen liegen auf der Terrasse und Haare im Zimmer. Küche klebt, Sofa und Stühle haben Flecken, keine Kochutensilien, keine Terassenstühle vorhanden. Die Ausstattungsliste laut Booking ist überhaupt nicht erfüllt. Die Reinigung erfolgte erst nach 4 Tagen, hier wurden auch lediglich neue Handtücher ausgelegt. Keine Rezeption, kein Restaurant. Umgeben von Grossbaustellen mit entsprechendem Lärm und Dreck den ganze Tag über.

A) the staff is very friendly, welcoming and helpful for any need. B) the position is very central in the island, you reach everywhere in max 55mins by car (but you need the car, otherwise look for something else). C) very modern apartment with great facilities (swimming pool, gym, etc).

A) the apartment could be cleaner (more accurate cleaning), and the cleaning service could be more frequently. To be honest, I didn't ask, I feel the staff would accommodate the need anyway. B) there are construction sites all around, so you don't really enjoy going for a walk. You need the car to be here.

The location was good , and the staff were always willing to assist.

The house could do with a good clean , leftover items from previous tenants were left throughout the house. As there is a lot of construction happening, more attention needs to be put in regularly cleaning the unit. Also the unit could do with some extra attention to make it look more homely. Some pictures and cushions could really elevate the unit. We got a very bare bones unit, nothing like the staged pictures we saw when we booked the unit.

On est arrivé le vendredi soir on c’est rendu compte qu’il y avait aucun ustensiles de cuisine même pas un verre. On a fait remonter l’information qui a été prise en compte le lendemain matin 9h où on nous a proposé un autre appartement cette fois ici équipé. Mais ce nouvel appartement on l’a eu 2h après avoir quitté l’initial ce qui veut dire qu’on a dû attendre dans le hall pendant 2h avec tout nos affaires. Et après tout ça pour avoir un appartement avec 2 tasses 2 assiettes et quelques cuillères fourchettes

A notre arrivée apparemment sale et non nettoyé, personnel étranger avec un accueil médiocre. Pas de tv dans la chambre et du plastique pour protéger les tableaux... De plus des travaux autour de l'hôtel sont donc impossible de dormir après 7h

Everything was 10/10. Perfect inland accommodation. Just next door to Tribeca shopping centre. The gym is state of the art.
