Serviced Apartments at Minissy

Close to the mall and only 15mins to Port Louis with a big pool.

The hotel was not finished at all. There was no reception and the checkin lasted about 1 hour until we could contact someone and the apartment was cleaned. The construction endured the whole day and we were woken up at 7AM with loud noises from the staff. Moreover, the cleaning personell entered the apartment unannounced and wanted to start cleaning 1 hour before our checkout. The kitchen supplies were poor and very dirty with no sponge or cleaning utensils. The stovetop didn't work and we had no Wifi. The gym was no accessible all the times and some doors locked without us being able to enter the building.

Very nice apartment, it is new, it has a washing machine with dryer. Breakfest was good, delivered to our room every morning. They have free parking spaces. Very close to Tribeca Mall and Minissy Waterfall.

Although we were aware that it is a construction in progress area, the apartment was pretty dusty. 4 days before arrival we received a message from the owner to cancel the booking as they will not be able to provide the apartment we booked because of the construction in progress. After discussing with the owner they offered a smaller apartment than the one we booked and paid, but no discount was received.

It's self catering but there were no pots in the apartment

It was a beautiful brand new apartment, very well furnished. The host Cicily was very welcoming and she continuously went out of her way to accommodate us. From organising travel to making sure we have all the things we needed on our stay. Cicily went above and beyond for us. We will definitely be coming back again.

Very convenient location, excellent furnishings. Lots of construction happening but all noise stops after 17:00. The lady looking after the room was very accommodating and caring, thank you to her a million times over.

Not much to complain about except that the building isn't complete but excellent all round.
