The facilities were good but not cleaned or manned

They were not ready to be open. There was no staff, no cleaning and breakfast was poor and dirty.

I appreciate the kindness of the person who welcomed me and the organisation of the owner made for my breakfast is absolutely phenomenal and my best thanks to them and PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE YOUR MINDSET

my humble opinion is that : - the access from the parking to the appartement is a bit problematic, particularly when you've luggage and it's raining * an eventual solution is to cover a part of the first arrival parking before you get the information what's your parking number - other point is when you arrive at the gate, there's absolutely any information where you must be directed, and the guy who's there at the gate, is not so helpful * to add more signage panels to know where to park when you're inside the complex and didn't meet the person who welcomes you to hand over the keys - I'll finish for the moment with the lack of lighting on the outdoor grassy areas, specially when you reach there at night, and it's your first time staying 😉

It was nice when we got there but that about all , the hotel opened about six months ago and there was lots of teething problems , short of staffs , breakfast boring , same everyday .

There was a rat in the swimming pool , my granddaughter told and after that nobody would go into the pool

The room was clear with all necessary equipment. The breakfast was good and enough for everyone with different types of food. I would like to thanks all the personal working in the restaurant, especially Mr. Thomas.

The distance from the hotel to the bus station or supermarket was to far cause I have to travel in taxi from and back to the hotel with a price of three-hundred-rupees one way. construction work in the area that make lots of ducts on the road. It is advisable to have a rental car or own transport to facilitate you to move around while on holidays.

The view, comfort and stay. The bed and everything was just nice. I only wished I had more time and swim in the swimming pool.

Room cleaning was not punctual due to shortage of labor but in the end, the issue was fixed.

I liked the location it was so close to the event we where attending, there was ample room in the apartment it was so picturesque i loved it

There where a few things that bothered me in our flat before we arrived there was a leak that covered the whole room where the washing machine was which was quite deep i asked several times but it was not cleared. You have to ask for the cleaner to come and on the day of arrival the room was not ready even at 2pm. So was a bit disappointing, breakfast variety was limited but okay.
