Serviced Apartments at Minissy

Host Cicily was very nice, quick to communicate with, very efficient on any request. Apartment was very cosy, big, clean and modern. Breakfast I would say very good for the money that we pay for apartment. You need to have a car to commute, it's something that one should plan for. Otherwise, all excellent !

Good location, close to malls and motorway and yet peaceful, appart and building kep clean, staff lovely and accommodating. Had a lovely seamless stay with all amenities provided and room service being spotless

Some construction still going on nearby, causing the outer roads to be a bit soiled but nothing major. Inside the premises, the garden, pool and buildings are well maintained

Staff were lovely beautiful apts great gym nothing was to much trouble and smart TV Mr Thomas was wonderful

The rooms were clean. Items such as kettle, microwavable utensils were of great help. The staff, especially, Cicily very helpful in arranging transport, early checkin, etc. She made our stay stress free and pleasant.

Omelette in breakfast everyday would be good.

It was very hot, and the AC in the room was not enough to cool down the whole apartment. Otherwise everything was perfect 👌

Lot of ongoing construction in the locality.

I missed my flight on the 3rd Jan. I arrived on 5th Jan 2025, at 5.30am at the hotel. I was told to wait as the owner would come in at 9am. The security did not speak English and only the taxi driver could communicate with him. This is despite the fact that I communicated with the hotel while at the airport. The room they had booked me in was also preoccupied till 4pm. So I had to wait temporarily in one bedroom apartment.

The Chef at the restaurant was not friendly too, as he said he could not serve me breakfast as he had not been instructed too. I paid for bed and breakfast and sometimes you go to the restaurant and there is no body, no breafast.
