The management and the staffs were excellent in fulfilling all my requests for making my 20th wwdding anniversary a memorable moment for me and my wife.

The view was good

The room was extremely bright. The bathroom was not fully covered with an opaque layer, so we had to wake up so early on a relaxing holiday and was not even able to nap thereafter. The pool was dirty. The food was extremely bad. The quality and taste was very bad. Gave feedback to the staff, they only apologized and no corrective action was taken, we left without eating the food. Ordered a milkshake, it was so bad like crushed ice and the fish curry had no taste and a very fishy smell. The breakfast was also diaspointing, the half boiled eggs were raw and we informed the chef, he cracked another egg and it was a fully cooked egg. The chef then prepared a new one, thanks to the chef. The desserts were poor. The bar was closed and mentioned they will only open if we want to sit in. The stay was so boring. Went to the spa, the staff was so blunt, no hospitality didn't even greet us in, just said we are full at the door step. Not value for money, very disappointed.
