The check-in process was straightforward, and the location was convenient for getting around the area.

The flat was not as described. The walls were stained and marked, and there was a visible hole in one of them. The sofa bed was completely different from the photos, had visible stains, and was extremely uncomfortable. The property felt generally unclean and poorly maintained. Only a mop and bucket were provided — no broom or dustpan — which made cleaning difficult. The shower setup was unclear and could only be operated via an external cooker switch, which wasn’t explained. The building itself is also in poor condition, and the surrounding environment was unpleasant, with frequent shouting and swearing from neighbours that made us feel uncomfortable.

Smelt strongly of garlic - I left the apartment with my clothes, body and hair smelling dreadful. The shower didn't work, a trickle of water was either scolding at 7.8, or freezing at 7.79. There was no curtain on one of the windows in the bedroom. It was dirty, and the towels and bedding smelt of garlic. The toilet was brown and hadn't been bleached in months. The walls had scuffs, a dent, and were filthy. It was cold and damp with condensed windows - even though the weather outside was warm/hot. Wessex water arrived at Sam because the property were not paying their water bill . I paid 180 for 2 nights - wasn't worth 75 for 2 nights in

The location was great, close to shops and the beach. The property was clean and a good-sized space for a short stay but a little worn in places.

There was a broken window handle on one of the main windows. We arrived late on our 1st night, and it was stormy through the night, causing the window to blow open many times. We found the handle under the sink the next morning and were able to secure it, but it did cause a disturbed nights sleep. The beds were hard but clean. The sofa had many stains on it, and when converted to a bed, the sheet provided did not fit fully over the whole bed.

The place was in a good location but it took us a while to get in as we didn’t have all the details of how to get into the front door…the beds were comfortable although and there was good utensils etc…

The shower was intermittent, one day we had boiling water, the next it was stone cold, also one of us burnt our hand on the tap in the kitchen as that water came out extremely hot. The floor looked clean but all of our feet were black when we’d walked bare foot on the floor, we think there was a new bath mat that gave off a lot of black fluff which stuck to our feet as well… we didn’t realise that we had to walk up 4 lots of stairs…

Cleanliness of the main room,very dusy. Futon for the kids was broken. When moved, dirt all around the back of it.door handle on bathroom/toilet was broken.
