"A wonderful escape steeped in history with every need met and excellent value for money."

The location is exceptional, a definite ‘escape from the city’ bed and breakfast - we arrived to find a beautiful old house and a book binding studio behind of which we had a tour, we were made to feel very welcome instantly with every possible need being made available. We could return at anytime after our evening out too. The following morning, breakfast was beautifully set with fresh flowers on the table and local produce including fresh fruit and meat being included in our meal. We left having had a lovely stay and the cherry on the top? Excellent value for money.

Lovely property steeped in history in the heart of Carmarthenshire countryside. Delicious breakfast and very nice hosts who made us feel very welcome

We had to go home, would have liked to stay longer.

"We were warmly welcomed, had a superb breakfast with good conversation. Very quiet and “suited us to a tee”."

I loved the original heritage features and feel of the property. We enjoyed listening to the birds in the morning, and enjoyed being right in the middle of the countryside.

Fantastic breakfast, Fantastic hosts. We was made to feel at home as soon as we arrived, even a warm welcome from the 2 beautifully behaved dogs . Very peaceful and calm environment. We accidentally left something behind and Philippa messaged me to say she would arrange to get it posted to us. Above and beyond.

It was adventure getting to this beautiful farmhouse, some may find the single track lanes getting there off putting, but for us no problem at all.

"Good"

Very well decorated in a style which suited the 300 year old building. Good cooked breakfast presented well. Large rooms. Excellent internet speed.

Maybe breakfast in dining room nicer than in kitchen. Difficult to follow instructions to find house but Google was good with just postcode.
