"Hemingway would have loved this place!"

I love this beautiful, colonial style place! The location is super, right next to the 5th avenue, everything you need is just a few steps away. Jessica and her team are super friendly, very efficient and flexible. On the rooftop is a big lounge area and a big palapa, under which you can hang out, even when it's raining. I'll be back for sure!

"An excellent place for independent people"

Staff was super great!! Very helpful!! We stayed longer than we expected and we loved the place! The kitchen was very complete, very well equipped!

The code, the day we arrived wasn't working fine, but not a big deal! After trying a few times we could enter the place!

"Amazing stay for the low price."

The Service from the staff and check in process was amazing and so easy. Great location, clean and quiet. Perfect place for the night.

Only thing was that the sink was blocked. Other than that I cannot fault it

"Close to the beach and cheap"

Great price at a great location. The staff was helpful with everything we needed, Alma the receptionist was especially great. It has a cool terrace on the roof which was great to hang at in the evenings. Good coffee at the breakfast.

The internet sometimes worked great, and other times were completely hopeless. The shower wasn't the best pressure and temperature. The breakfast was very small (also very cheap).

There is a rooster next door and it may be waking you up, hot water no working for me for more than a minute.

"Cosas a saber de Selva y Mar"

El estudio estaba en burnas ondiciones, buen A/C, buen acceso. Solamente que no hay agua purificafa para los huéspedes y muy importante: nunca hubo indicaciones en cuanto a que la recepción no está en el edificio; sino que se encuentra sobre la 5ta Ave., así que ahí haces check in y check out. El desayuno también lo sirven en el 3er. nivel de ese mismo edificio, es otro hotel de la misma empresa y se llama: Casa Ticul.
