the carpet is disgusting i wouldnt walk on it with out boots and and there is a serious fly problem, big buzzin flys against the old glass panel doors was ridiculously annoyin chasing flys around at daft oclock so i could get back to sleep

Smells bad ... had big fat fies at the entrance and un the rooms

It was fine for what we wanted - somewhere to sleep for the night whilst visiting family and there isn’t much else around the Benwell area but the bedding was clean but smelt of smoke and the toilet wasn’t cleaned properly so it made it feel a bit unclean. The sofas are fine to sit on for a little while but not very comfy. There was everything you need other than a tea towel which I did request but was told there wasn’t one which seemed odd when you need to wash up!

Easy access.

Cleanliness, needs a bit of work. Bit dirty here and there. Scuff marks all over the majority of the walls. Smells really bad, we went and bought some air freshener to try and mask the smell. The location is in a rough estate in cowgate. The bath was very small, could only fit half your body in. Kitchen, no tea bags, sugar or sweetener. The fridge is a bit dirty. Big TV on the wall but no Ariel making it pointless having up as you can't watch anything.

Easy to find, quiet location and had everything required

Sofas in living room are sofa beds and not so comfortable to sit on watching the tv in evening. Shower door leaks water over bathroom when you shower

The place was clean and beds comfortable. The location is quiet suburb. Unit consists of two seperate double bedded rooms, separate kitchen and sitting room. The bathroom was to a good standard. The shower is over a bath. The flat is first floor accessed by a single staircase.

The kitchen was well equipped with plates and glasses, however had very few utensils. So if you were planning to cook for yourself there are only two large saucepans. The sitting room furniture consisted of two bed sofas which weren't that comfortable to sit on. There are no shops near by. There are transport links to the city

The owner was incredibly helpful and kind. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed

The property is in a cul de sac & the location is very quiet, and it was good for walking, Aldi is close by and pharmacy.

The front door was a nightmare to lock from inside & outside. I have reported this to the property host. The sofa beds in the lounge area were uncomfortable to sit on. There was another issue that I made the host aware of. The host is going to speak with the 3rd party. The kitchen utilities are the bare minimum.
